Overview of our first farming collective in North India
Neemli Hillside Collective is a 100+ Bigha agroforestry-based collective located less than a 90-minute drive from Gurgaon. The collective will house 40+ like-minded individuals, each owning smaller individual land portions and independent houses. We have also partnered with multiple architectural firms specialising in eco-conscious designs to build our nature-friendly houses for community members. In the long run, we aim to achieve food sufficiency within the collective through regenerative farming and agroforestry practices. We are also working to create a spacious multi-purpose community centre, a communal dining area, guest rooms, and staff housing within the farm.

The best of both worlds
Fresh food straight from the farm
From seasonal veggies and exotic fruits to millets and pulses, everything on the farm will be grown using natural farming practices. Members will get access to all the fresh produce, farm products, and meals prepared in our community kitchen.
Life with a like-minded community
Our members will have an active role in shaping the farm and can collaborate with us to plan and bring ideas to life.
Building a learning hub
Through hands-on workshops and training, we want our collective to become a space where members, locals, and visitors can explore natural agricultural practices and deepen their connection to the land.
An eco-conscious house amidst natural views
Members can design their dream house by closely working with our expert architects—SHiFt (Studio for Habitat Futures) and Studio Shunya. All houses will be made with locally sourced materials.
A community centre
We are working with SHiFt (Studio for Habitat Futures) to build a community centre. It is being designed with a dual focus on comfort and functionality. We want it to become a space where members can unwind, have meaningful conversations and enjoy some quiet time.
