As our collectives grew around Bengaluru, we noticed a strong demand for a similar lifestyle closer to the city, providing members with the option of a primary house in a farm-centric setting. However, as we moved closer to the urban scenes, higher land costs made the original collective model less practical. This inspired us to create a more accessible option in the form of personalised farmsteads. These farmsteads preserve the essence of our collective model, offering members the chance to customise their preferred landscape design, orchard selection, vegetable gardens, and fencing options.
