Meet the people working behind the scenes
“Alone, you can do so little. Together, you can do so much.” These words by Hellen Keller continue to inspire us. Since 2017, we’ve built a like-minded community of 100+ members, planted 70,000+ trees, and transformed over 300 acres of land. These achievements have been possible thanks to our partners, who have supported us every step of the way.
Today, we have six housing and two farm design partners. The latter work with us on design initiatives, water management, earthworks, and execution strategies. They also help us conduct environmental studies and consult with locals who know the land best. Our housing experts actively collaborate with individual members to create customised house designs. As we work to build our farms, we also try our best to involve our community members and their opinions at every turn.

The Ananas team designs integrated systems for water harvesting, forest growth, and human habitation. They are dedicated to teaching us about our land and follow a systematic process that involves the community at every stage.

The Made in Earth team comprises architects and artisans from Bengaluru and the Kaveri Belt. They are known for using natural building materials that harmonise with the local environment, people, and resources.
